This site is operated by Drew Versai ("we", "us"). It offers free educational content about starting and growing a clothing brand, plus an optional paid 1-on-1 mentorship program.

When you fill out a form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, and — for mentorship applications — your Instagram handle. That's it. We don't ask for or store payment card details on this site.

Basic technical information (like whether your browser has already unlocked the training) may be stored on your own device so you don't have to re-enter your details.

We use your details to give you access to the free training, to follow up about the mentorship, and to send offers, updates, or content we think is relevant to building your brand. We may contact you by email, phone call, SMS/text, or direct message.

By submitting a form you consent to that contact, including automated or recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by asking us to remove you — we'll do it.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't rent or trade your contact details to third parties for their own marketing. We only share information with the service providers that help us run this site and communicate with you (hosting, database, email and messaging tools), and only so they can perform that work.

Form submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled database. Only we can read them. Photo and file uploads on this site are restricted to the site owner. No online system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security, but access to your details is deliberately kept as narrow as possible.

We keep your information for as long as needed to stay in touch and meet our record-keeping needs. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

This is important. The training, examples, numbers, screenshots, and client results shown on this site are illustrations of what has been achieved — they are not a promise, guarantee, or projection of what you will earn.

Results depend entirely on your product, your market, your budget, your effort, and factors outside anyone's control. Many people who buy education make little or no money. You accept full responsibility for your own business decisions and outcomes.

Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making business or financial decisions.

The training slides, videos, photos, written material, frameworks, and supplier or manufacturer information shared through this site and inside the mentorship are our property and are licensed to you for your personal use only.

You may not copy, record, screenshot for redistribution, resell, republish, or share access with anyone else. Doing so ends your access immediately and may result in legal action.

Applying does not guarantee acceptance — spots are limited and we choose who we work with. If accepted, the specific price, length, deliverables, and payment schedule are agreed in writing before anything starts.

Mentorship is coaching and consulting. We advise, review, and guide; we do not run your business, guarantee supplier performance, or take responsibility for your operations, contracts, inventory, or ad spend. Because access to materials and contacts is given immediately, fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

We may end the arrangement if someone is abusive, dishonest, shares private materials, or repeatedly fails to participate.

We may point you to manufacturers, suppliers, apps, or platforms. Those are independent businesses. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their pricing, quality, timelines, or conduct. Do your own checks before sending anyone money.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost sales, wasted inventory, or business interruption — arising from this site, the free training, or the mentorship. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us.

Everything on this site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to submit your details or join the mentorship.
